Deposit of 20% non refundable is required to secure the booking.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the property is re-booked for the entire period. If  a refund is made due to the property being re-booked then  a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy:

We are reluctant to enforce cancellation charges as we are aware that many of our business clientele cannot be responsible for factors beyond their control.

However, we reserve the right to levy a charge equal to one night's accommodation in the case that we receive less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation.
